I'm cheating slightly as I originally posted this yesterday, with the simple title of 'Butterfly', but when I saw this week's theme it seemed so perfect, a true fragile beauty, that I have decided to change the title and make it my picture perfect entry, I hope I am forgiven.

My mother and I visited a large out of town shopping centre today, one of the discount outlet ones where everything is cut price. We got a bargain suitcase for my soon to be former husband's birthday, (bearing in mind that my mother is yet to know that his status is now 'soon to be former'), and then my mother tried on 60 pairs of seemingly identical shoes, discarding them all as 'too tight', 'too big', 'will rub my big toe'. 'too shallow'..... (I didn't quite get the whole 'too shallow' thing, what, does she want meaningful conversation from her shoes?). I got bored and went wandering, and came across this rather pretty little butterfly, resting on a daffodil type flower, (I say daffodil type cos I don't think it actually was a daffodil as such, more a narcissus or jonquil or something of that nature). The sight of it chilling out in the sun made me feel all summery and happy.
I rather like this photo when viewed 'large':
