As soon as I saw this week's theme I knew which photo I wanted to use, this is Elizabeth and Simon, my 2 eldest children, racing along a boardwalk at Sandbay, one of our local beaches.  We were waiting to pick up their brother, Dominic, who was at the beach with his cub pack.  It was about 7.30 in the evening and Elizabeth and Simon were having a great time, just running about out in the fresh air.  I have always said that the sea air seems to have a magical effect on my family, it doesn't matter how down any of us are, get to the beach and within moments we are happy.  The photo is a bit blurry at the bottom right corner, my lens needed cleaning!
