I've posted this photo before, fairly recently, but when I saw this week's theme it was just the obvious choice.

For all those that are unsure, yes it is my wedding ring, I probably could've got it off with a bit of soap and a lot of patience but having it cut off was very symbolic and I did indeed feel free as soon as it was off my finger.

Interesting. Reminds me of when my ex husband cut off his wedding ring, after I asked for the divorce. He couldn't get it off any other way. It was a sad moment.
